So I was watching my new, favorite X-mas special - again - last night (Prep & Landing) when a quick commercial for the local news came on regarding the car accident and injury of Bengals WR Chris Henry. So I went downstairs to check the Internet. All it said was that he was in a car accident in North Carolina following a domestic dispute with his girlfriend. Apparently he jumped in the back of her pick up while she drove away and then "came out". Next, the phone rang and it was Jim saying, "Did you hear Chris Henry died?" I told him that all the Internet and sports sites were saying was that he was on "life support" and that the situation was "dire". This morning there's no real new news. One person who's a facebook friend of mine posted a prayer for him stating that he is "brain dead". So sad, whatever the news may be. He has certainly had many battles and I hope he comes out of this for another chance.
Okay, no other real news. It's colder than a...penguins...hoo hoo? Jingle bone? Bottle rocket? Pocket rocket? Poka-her-hontas? Prince Charming? Pup tent? It's pretty cold.
K - I'm out...I don't have as much time in the morning when I sleep the extra 1/2 hour during exam week. Sorry Maggie! You are #1 in my thoughts, really! It's all about you!!! Later!
