Here's What Sorry Looks Like!

Well I've been trying to get on here and post for the past 15 minutes - you all are soooooo lucky! Blogger was "unavailable"!!! What kind of shizz is that?!

Anyway, listen to this (or, rather, read this!!!): I'm lying in bed last night - it's 8:30, Jim just got home and the phone rings! I know!!! Who the hell is calling me an hour after my bedtime!? Well, luckily, I was still up and reading. Well, guess who it was?! (I know, lots of exclamation points in this one) It was Caffey. She was calling to apologize. To me, I don't know why really. She had already apologized to Dot but I guess she felt she had done me wrong and I was "disappointed" in her. My God! She needs to get over this need to please everyone. That's what got her into this mess to begin with. Anyway, I told her she didn't need to apologize to me but that I appreciated it. I told her that I hoped in the future she would (not in these exact words) but grow a set and go to a person specifically if she's having issues with them. Let them know rather than going to the actual head honcho and causing a complete mess. I also stated that I hated what was going on in the school - how everyone seems pitted on specific sides: HH or anti-HH - that it's not a pleasant atmosphere to work in. She boo hoo-ed for a bit and then we hung up. It was nice of her to do I guess but it certainly was for her benefit, not mine. I think she's sorry and I think she's just trying to wash some of the blood off her hands. I don't trust her not to do it again though. She's too weak not to try and please HH and if it means throwing someone to the wolves - well, as long as she's in good graces.

Oh, and she tried to tell me she had no idea that HH was gunning for Dot but we all know that's a lie since I told her that specifically in November when she first said she couldn't "stand" Dot.

Well, regardless - I'm glad that's done. Everyone keep your fingers crossed that Dot's firing is overturned tomorrow.

Hey, my babies are up and at 'em...I'm going to go hug on them a bit. Of course Bubba is still sacked out. Later
